Dollar General — Local services in Greenview

I am an older customer and have severe difficulty opening the jugs of water, I have literally injured my hand trying to open them.. so the girls open them for me. Sunday Sept 28th. There was a young kid working named Carson and when I asked him to loosen my water jugs he scowled his face and very rudely said 'U don't have anyone else that can do that for u'? I replied no i do not and I then explained to him that that was rude and very unprofessional for him to say. Its none of his business if I have anyone at home to open jugs that I bought from your store. He is never a very personable person when I've seen him prior. I believe basic customer service skills need to be included in the training...
