Belk — Local services in Greenville

I needed to find a pair of pants for my nephew and Belk is one of the few options in Greenville. This store needs repairing and a complete scrub down. The carpet is filthy! I am convinced that this store has the same exact carpet from the late 80s/early 90s. There was also a big plastic container in the middle of the floor to catch water dropping from the ceiling.

The selection of clothes is very limited here. There are a bunch of almost empty tables and shelves in the men’s department and they’ve looked that way since the start of the pandemic. I wouldn’t be surprised if this store...

Waited 30 minutes yesterday at the fragrance counter before someone even greeted me. Don't shop here if you don't look like you have money dripping from your pockets. I'll make a conscious effort to spend my dollars in Arkansas at Dillard's. They have a larger selection and friendlier service. I laugh at stuffy salespeople that own no stock in the store in which they work with the attitude that they're the cat's butt. The little Indian lady with the fragrance kiosk at the mall had friendlier service and (Creed Aventus). If I return to the Greenville mall she will get my future...

This Belk location had the dirtiest carpet I have ever seen in a department store. The women's clothing section made me feel as if I were wandering through a yard sale. Only one dressing room area was open. Though it contained four stalls, two of them were taped off with yellow caution tape. There was an unsightly pile of display rack parts leaning against the wall at the entrance to the dressing room. Is it poorly managed?
