Have never had to chase $150~ as much as I have with Blanchard CAT. Ordered some tools online for store pickup, go to pickup after ready ETA, one is available, one on B/O. Asked for refund on the tool(s) that were on B/O. Employee had me wait about 10 minutes while he called around and figured out how to do that? He promised a call back same day confirming refund.. no contact back.
I have now called 5 separate times to get info. One particularly infuriating time, I was told they'd let that individual know (the guy that was at the counter when I picked up parts). It's an ONLINE ORDER, literally ANYONE should be able to help. "not my problem, too lazy to help" isn't a great look for an Equipment store.
Messing up once, twice, three times... OK- but complete disregard and making something a customers problem due to their lack of availability/accurate ETAs? Annoying.
Frankly, you can refund both items at this point if you want the review taken down- I've wasted too much time on this at this point.

After I called to schedule the rental, Ryan had a track loader delivered to me the very next day and even gave me a free upgrade to the next model because the one I had originally been quoted was unavailable. When my equipment had mechanical issues one evening, Ryan had a replacement to me early the next morning (an even nicer model). He also was generous with assistance when I got the equipment stuck (my own fault). The CAT loader was strong and reliable and allowed me to get my project done much faster than I expected.
I was initially going to go with a different company (who I've also reviewed) which was a bit cheaper, but they dropped the ball on me. I highly recommend going with CAT, they will take good...
