High Hope — Local services in Greenwich Township

Worst place I have ever tried to eat. The waitress could not have been more rude. They only had two small tables, all ready eating when we were sat down. She then went and talked with a customer for awhile, meanwhile 5 men walked in and sat themselves. She headed towards our table, so we were thinking she would take our drink orders, but no she went to the big table got there drink orders and they were ready to place there food orders they all ordered burgers and fries, she walked right past my wife and again to give the cook there order. Then she was walking towards us again, but she kept on going back to the big table to ask one of them what was it he was having to drink but she goes and gets there drinks and finally asked what we where drinking. Eventually she came back and took our order. The big table got there food. Now keep in mind I ordered a Coney and fries and my wife ordered a bowl of soup, the big table was eating really slowly because they were having a lot of conversation, however they finished eating and or food still had not arrived. Our cups had been empty for along time but she thought busing there table was more of a priority. She the went back to here conversation and I looked again at my watch, close to an hour and 10 minutes, are you kidding me. I went up to the register and waited some more but when she came over I had more than enough, I said we are paying for our drinks and leaving, she said but you food is almost ready. Ok just let me pay for the drinks, what you did was really inappropriate, she said what's that? I said my wife and I had came in and you sat us a full 2 mins before the large table even got here you ignored us a got there order before even asking us about our drinks. She tried to give me a line that we had to pay for the food, I said good luck with that here's the money for the sodas, I don't know how you stay in business. Highly recommend you stay as far away...

We live in town and order breakfast or lunch. Today we ordered for pick up like we usually do and were told, "biscuits and gravy will be a 40min wait". We waited about 45-50mins, went to pick it up and they didn't even make it but they had it on our bill preparing to charge us for it. All the lady could say with an attitude was, "well do you want me to make it?!!" Well, yes we wanted you to make it in the first place! We ended up not paying for the biscuits and gravy and just not getting them because of attitude and another 40minute wait. The food is good but after the new owners took over and Kat herself does not run the place the service now...

I was driving to Chicago on US 224 and it was past lunchtime. I saw the sign on my right and pulled in. I ordered the Texas Tenderloin. I think it was Kat her own self who brought it to me.
