Unfortunately a bad review is not something I would have done with my first large purchase from this company. But with my SECOND purchase I was highly disappointed with the customer service. I bought a beautiful dress for $60 I debated on large or xl (junior dress) because there was nothing with a size chart on the website or guide to how it fits so I went for Xl (being190) I paid for faster shipping to have this by my event. Dress got here and it was measured out to be a xxl and fell right off, I nicely sent a FIRST email to a Amy explain the situation and could I please have a refund. I got a one sentence reply no sympathy just “so go ahead and send it back and we’ll get it refunded” I went on to ask if she would be providing a shipping label she said no, I let it go even though I had to pay DOUBLE to ship back to them. She informed me in an email that my item had been received and my card was refunded NOTE that this was on the SAME day I emailed & told her I just shipped the item back to the company & providing tracking number. Obviously my emails were not being read / takin seriously, which was obvious from the lack of customer satisfaction in the emails. Finally I receive an email that they refunded my item back but not for the full total cost that was charged to my card it was JUST for the item.... they KEPT the MONEY for the original first shipping . So I paid for double out of pocket to ship back to them and then they keep my money from the first purchase. Poor customer service I will never recommended this...

This place is an absolute hidden gem and I am so glad I found it! My mom and I drove about an hour and a half to check this store out because they were the only place in a 3 hour radius that seemed to have what I was looking for! I'm getting married in October and was on the hunt for the perfect glitzy boot to wear with my dress. I was the worst and most indecisive customer as I was torn between 2 gorgeous corral boots with glitter underlays. One being a snip toe that is super out of my comfort zone. SOOO MANY BEAUTIFUL AND UNIQUE BOOTS!! The customer service was absolutely amazinggg! Not once did anyone pressure or rush my decision or get annoyed by my lengthy arrival on a final choice. They then went out of their way to rush to stretch the boot while my mom and I went and grabbed lunch so I could have them for my dress fitting and we were in a rush to get back home before 4:30 otherwise they were more than happy to ship them! SERIOUSLY SOME OF THE GREATEST PEOPLE...

My wife and I happened upon the Painted Cowgirl Store by accident on our vacation. All I can say it was an awesome find. Amy and the staff was super friendly and helpful without being pushy. The prices were in line with other places, however, this store has more of a selection than most and specialty items you won't find just anywhere. I had been wanting a pair of Anderson Bean boots and found a pair and they are worth every penny I paid for them. I am willing to pay more for products made in the USA and happy to support our own country and small business' such as this... especially when they support their community and I saw this first hand. We found it by accident, on our way West, however, it was a destination on our way back East. It will be a future destination again. Do yourself a favor and visit them, you will not be disappointed...
