Chef Aric and Yukari provided their catering service for our 13 people wedding party. They were perfect from the start to finish and we couldn’t be happier!

We first started with a video chat introduction where they shared their culinary background and asked us what we are looking for. They asked us about our lives and childhood memories to personalize the menu for us. Once we decided to go with them (with zero pressure from them), they came up with a preliminary customized menu in about a week. We then coordinated a time to get together, in person, to talk about any changes that we would like with the menu.

On the wedding day, they came to to the site on time and went straight into business as they know how busy we are just before the ceremony. They were super professional. Food display was amazing and they even printed out menus with designs themed with the food genres.

Perhaps most importantly, the food was delicious and everybody enjoyed it very much. They even cleaned everything after the meal and left the site with a clean kitchen and leftovers.

We have nothing but positive things to say about them and would absolutely recommend Chef Aric and Yukari for your future...

if you’ve ever had chef aric and yukari cook for you, you know 5 stars can’t fully express how epic the experience was. my wife and i hired UnI Personal Chef Services for our elopement dinner and it was better than we ever imagined! Yukari took such time and attention getting to know us and our food stories months before the big night. you could tell from the first call that she puts her whole heart into everything she does. they not only curated an award-worthy menu, but the vibes were absolutely immaculate during dinner. they came in to our airbnb stocked and ready to go, and got right to work. we got the cutest fun facts with each insanely delicious course and learned about where our meals were sourced which was super cool. we even got to take a little break between course 4-5 so we could keep crushing every dish of our elopement dinner. we couldn’t help but take photos of each dish but they didn’t even come close to doing it justice. huuuge thank you to chef aric and yukari for making our elopement dinner absolutely unforgettable. i’ll be thinking about that wagyu beef for the rest...

Not only are Chef Aric and Yukari Bianchi of @UNI Personal Chef Services dear friends but boy oh boy do they know how to cater a party! They spent an hour with me a couple of weeks prior to the party discussing what I like, what I don't like, favorite foods, any "theme" I might have in mind, any allergies guests may have - offering anything and everything I wanted! The gathering was small but every single person raved about the food ~ the variety, the deliciousness, the presentation. And went back for seconds. And thirds. My granddaughter said, “Uncle Tim, you kind of had a lot of scallops.” Omysweetgoodness it was everything I wanted and more. All I had to do was show up and eat. To say I highly recommend U N I Personal Chef Services is an understatement. Not only is their food amazing, they are just really fun and cool people!
