Hello everyone, This organization is so professional, family oriented and they truly put the E in empathy. I called them because my car broke down in a random town during traveling out of town. I couldn’t find the part I needed anywhere.

Mr.Tim and his partner went out their way to order it for me. They continued to communicate with me even after the part arrived.

Needless to say the part didnt work out for me but they still continued to be professional, courteous and provided excellent customer care. They went above and beyond and put the C in customer service and care. This team is so awesome!!! TNT auto doesn’t just sale auto parts to make a living! They truly want to ensure you’re up and running on the road safely.

They don’t just stand behind a warranty they stand behind their customers! You’re valued as a person here, not just customers!! They’ll look at you as family. They don’t leave u stranded, and hanging feeling helpless.

Oh my Goodness I have been searching for a motor for my 2021 Kia soul for some time now! As a single parent I got tired of buying old cars and having them brake down on me! So I thought just get a new car you won’t have those problems! My Kia motor went out on me and I called everyone I was getting told 3,700 4,200 even 4,500! I was ready to give up on my car and just say forget it but I made one more call Mr Tim picked up and said he didn’t have that on his lot but call back in 20 mins my mind bad so I called back a hour later lol he said baby girl I found you one and it only has 3,000 miles on it mind you everyone else was saying 30k 58k and this one was only 3k for 2,950 I almost started crying he could hear it in my voice! He said I can tell you’re a good person so I’ll even knock off the core charge for you and told me he hoped my daughter did well in her track meet! That just meant so much to me! Moral of this whole thread is he cared even after the game was over he was concerned about the track meet he said he used to do fat man track lol I will be returning back! Very good...

I had reached out to probably 6-8 different auto part shops looking for this window switch with no luck and frankly less than friendly people. Everyone was pretty much telling me I had to order it and it wouldnt make it soon enough, but not TNT. When I called TNT Auto, Tim was so friendly and immediately joined me in my mission for this part. I had to drive to Utah for a funeral and my window would not roll down; small problem yes but a HUGE inconvenience to me. After making sure he could get the exact part for me he messaged that morning and had it waiting on me at the front desk. Tim was extremely helpful and professional and I couldn’t be more grateful.
