Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Greenwood

Absolutely DISGUSTING. First I got the wrong pizza, just to find a hair waiting for me right on top. When I returned the pizza I was accused of having placed the hair there myself. After having to CONVINCE the cashier Jessica AND the manager John the hair wasn’t mine I had to argue about a refund. Finally Jessica asks if I want cash or back to the card. I said cash and she immediately said sorry it has to go back to the card. After waiting weeks for the refund to show (ensuring I’d allowed enough time) I had to return to the store to explain the “refund” I was promised hadn’t went through. Where I AGAIN was called a liar. I had to leave and wait for John (“manager”) to contact his boss and contact me back. I gave it another week and sure enough NO one reached out to me to try and correct the issue. I had to figure out MYSELF that the cashier Jessica (who SERIOUSLY needs some courses in customer service) had refunded a COMPLETELY different order to a card I do not own. Finally I break down and call yet AGAIN. Where AGAIN I’m called a liar. The manager then proceeds to ask me to just give him the FULL card number I want the refund sent to. Who in there right mind in this day in age would just offer up a full card number to a manager who hasn’t once apologized or tried to rectify the situation in ANY WAY. I asked John for his managers information and he said I can’t provide that information BUT all of a sudden did offer me to come up to the store and just get cash. Hopefully John’s manager or maybe even the franchise owner finds this review. Know these two employees in particular will single handedly run your business into the ground. They didn't have the Alfredo sauce for my order which 75percent of my order had alfrado on it so instead of giving me my money back or even calling me to tell me ahead of time they guy made everything with tomato sauce and acted inconvenienced when I told he we didn't eat that. He remade something else for my daughter that was only a 10 dollar item and then he wouldn't even bring it outside and we had curbside pick up because I was 37 weeks pregnant and had preclampsia. Was looking forward to trying the Big Flavor dipping pizza. Took me 10 mins to try and figure out the order. The ad says $12.99 with a free pepsi. There is no regular pepperoni button only a pep lovers and they charge for the dipping sauces when it's a pizza made for dipping. Then I call because my order without anything special is $18 and some change, they proceed to tell me at 9:46pm that they are closed. I only wanted one pizza. They informed me it takes 15mins to make a pizza and now it's 9:47pm and they won't do it for me... needless to say I'll be going to domino's from now on. ~Pissed off.
