There is absolutely zero organization or communication among the staff. When you check in there is zero mention of any amenities, no one asked if we needed a walker, nobody told us where to go to check in for skates, nobody told us about the bounce house; ZERO communication. Slapped a bracelet on our hands and yelled NEXT! Spoke to Will after finding out from another patron that you have to go request a walker, Will is entirely incompetent, rude, and apathetic to guests. I asked for a walker, he told me to go to the next line. I get to the next line, wait for my turn, and they said they have no walkers. ZERO communication. Nobody knows what’s going on. I voiced my frustration with the complete lack of communication, and the employee named Will literally said, “sorry, not my problem. Maybe you’ll get lucky and someone will turn in their walker early.” So a few minutes later I checked back in the first line that I was originally told to go to for a walker; there was one left. Was told by the young guy there (didn’t get his name) to go to the second line to pay…. I wait my turn, get to the front of the line, Walker was gone. Repeat 2 more times. Finally I talked to Alicia, who unbelievably enough was a manager. Told her about the 20 minute runaround I experienced with her employees. She smirked and said, sorry there’s nothing I can do. I said are you the manager? She said yes I’m one of the managers. I said well you can train your employees better to start. She smirked again and said, “I have no power here, sorry.” I said, you just said you’re a manager? She said I am one of them. I said, what is your name? She laughed and said, “Alicia. And you can write whatever you want about me; I do not care. This isn’t even my main job.” I said I would like a refund, we are leaving. She said do you have your receipt? I said, my husband threw it away. She shrugged and said, “sorry. Nothing I can do if you don’t have your receipt.” And sat there smirking at me. UNBELIEVABLY HORRID customer service!!! Read moreWe are loving the lessons and enjoy the bounce house and playgrounds. Would be a 5 star if it weren't for the staff on getting the skates and shoes switched out. When open skate or lessons are over it can take quite a long time as there is no sense of any urgency in getting people through the line at any rate of speed. We bought our own skates just to avoid this after going on a regular basis since long lines and waiting tend to be not fun with younger children. The skate lessons seem to be fantastic though and there are a lot of activities to choose from at the facility. The dog park is ok. The dirt is no fun though since the water dumped out just makes mud and leaves me with a dirty dog to wash after. Read moreThe worst ice skating experience I have ever had. All of the staff that I interacted with were extremely extremely rude. Not one person acknowledged me, replied to me when I said "thank you", and not one worker would even look me in the eyes. I asked for a half size in skates and the worker rolled her eyes and said "we don't have half sizes that's what I keep telling you people" All of the staff have the worst costumer service ever. DON'T work somewhere where u have to interact with people a lot if you're going to be rude. The place was also very dirty. I was even given a broken skate that I had get off the ice rink and go get another one because I couldn't even skate properly. I will never be coming back here and I will be spreading word that this is a horrible...
