First the good news - very clean. Now the not so good news. Our waiter didn’t speak English or understand us very well. When I received my Summer Rolls with peanut sauce the lettuce was welted and the peanut sauce wasn’t homemade- I’m not even sure what was in it. The sauce tasted okay but it was way thick and super dark- not any shade of peanut sauce I’ve ever had had had this texture. The Pho came out and there was a huge square of Ramen noodles still hard in the center of the broth. I got the owners attention when a was a tad loud while trying to explain to the non English understanding waiter what my problem was. The owner (I assume) came right over and saw the Ramen square and swooped my bowl away. 5 minutes later a fresh bowl arrived with rice noodles. Later a non English woman appeared at the table and said something along the lines of “its okay, yes? Sorry” I smiled. We won’t go back for a so-so $40 dollar experience.

Must try! I ordered the Basil entree with chicken (it's Thai basil chicken), the Mixed Vegetables with chicken for my wife, and an order of chicken spring rolls for carryout. Fresh, hot, and Delicious! All of it! Ate it in the car, then ordered another Basil with chicken to take to my son. Their spice level is 0-5. I ordered between a 2-3 for me, 0 for my wife, and a 1 for my son. Mine was pretty spicy, the way I prefer, but I love hot. My wife's was not spicy at all, but flavorful. My son said his was the perfect level of spice to enjoy all the flavors. I've tried Thai food all over the country when I was traveling, and I would rate this #1 of all that I've had. People were nice. Restaurant was clean. My new favorite! I'll be back! I'll add some pictures, next time I finally added pictures of my to-go order: Pad Thai with Chicken, Mixed Vegetables with Chicken, and the Basil with Chicken. All were delicious!

Tried Tuk Tuk today at lunch today. Wow! So glad we did. This will be our new go to place for Thai/Vietnamese food. Ordered dumplings and rice rolls for our appetizer. Soooo yummy! Lunch also came with choice of veggie or chicken spring roll. Loved the veggie one more. For mains we ordered drunken noodles, pad Thai, and basil chicken. We ordered level 3 and 4 spice. 4 was hot....like light sweat. 3 was perfect for a bit of spice, but not killing you. All the entrees had great sauces that were well balanced, not to sweet and not too salty. Vegetables were well cooked and not soggy with just the right crispness. Service was perfect. Appetizers and entrees were well timed. The waitress checked on us enough to make sure our needs were met, but not enough to be intrusive. Beverages were refilled quickly without asking. Thank you for the great lunch experience! We will be returning soon!

This is by far the worst experience we’ve ever had. The table was not clean and very sticky when we were seated. After ordering, we waited at least 25 minutes and when the food was served, they had the wrong order for me. I ordered the Large Tom Yum Gai Soup but the server placed my order for Large Tum Ka Gai. The server then went to the 2 closest tables to ask if they ordered the soup instead, the other tables did not. It appeared they had no idea what they were doing and trying to pawn off the soup. After about 5 minutes someone else stopped by the table to let us know they are remaking my order.

It then took an additional 15-20 mins for them to correct the order and bring it out. My husband’s food was getting cold because it took so long for mine to be corrected. My husband ate very slow and was almost finished with his food before they brought out the corrected soup.

Also, for "large" portion, the bowl was large but the amount of soup filled less than halfway and for the soup to cost about $10 was overpriced for the portion they actually gave. Other restaurants do a much better job with the portion and price. The soup tasted as if it was a powder they just mixed with a few more ingredients, it did not taste homemade nor fresh.

Later, we asked for our check and another male server brought the check and they charged us for both soups. When I brought this to his attention, the server asked if we ordered both soups so I explained to him what happened and he corrected the check. One thing that disappointed me the most was the initial server never came back to the table after taking our orders nor apologizing and worst, not correcting the check.

We will definitely...

I wanted to love this place but was sadly dissapointed and won't be returning. When I walked in to place my togo order at 5:30 on a Thursday the place was empty. Another patron walked in behind me for a pickup order but that was it in the 10 minutes I was there. The floor was super sticky to the point my feet would stick in place and my shoes would nearly come off when I went to move again. It seemed as if it was cleaned improperly or something. The menu looks great but the food is fair at best. I ordered the Veggie Spring Rolls as a app, Panang Shrimp for my entree and a Thai Tea. The spring rolls were hot but had no flavor. The sauce was spicy and not at all sweet as I expected. The filling seemed to be mostly cabage without any other veggies visible. The Curry came in a soup container and a seperate container of rice. It was advertised as jasmine rice but seemed clearly blank long grain rice. It had no aromatics of Jasmine or any flavor at all. The entree itself was in a good amount of broth and there were seven (7) very small shrimp with tails still on. I ordered the dish mild, but aside from a spiciness there was almost no flavor to the food. The shrimp were chewy, the carrots were a bit mushy and the brocolli was also bland in a sauce that seemed watery and definetly not mild. I ordered the Thai Tea without BoBo but it came with it anyway. It had a strange flavor and was more sweet than anything else. Over $22 after tax for a meal I didn't enjoy means I won't be returning and can't...

If there was an option to show negative 5 stars, that's what I would have given.

This restaurant and the owner seriously lack in good businesslike conduct, service, being lawful, responsible, honorable, accountable, creditable and the food is far from even being average.

In my 1st visit, which I was accompanied by a business colleague, A. the owner lied about being the owner to escape taking accountability and responsibility, B. committed bait and switch by refusing to accept a legitimate "Up to $9 off" coupon by saying they "Tuk Tuk" had made a mistake on the restrictions, C. Wait and service time was lengthy and it took nearly 10 minutes after being seated to have the server (Owner) ask us for our drink order. D. Refused to comp anything as consideration for them refusing to accept the coupon, E. Food was sub par compared to other same kind restaurants in the area, F. When I confronted the man about him lying about not being the owner, he didn't say anything nor take any accountability.

Supporting this restaurant only supports the owners extremely poor businesslike conduct and I will never do any business with him ever again and I suggest all others...
