I can’t get over what owner Deborah Bailey has done to breathe life into the Grenada Square by renovating a historic building and opening a 1st class event space. My sister had her wedding reception at First & Green and it was absolutely beautiful. Deborah was so easy to work with and made sure that no detail went unnoticed. On the morning of the wedding, we stopped in to make sure the finishing touches were in place, and she had even baked fresh scones for us (which I am still dreaming about!). Perhaps the coolest feature of the venue is that there is a completely renovated apartment above the space, that rivals Manhattan for about 1/10 the price. Junior Auxiliary of Grenada held our 64th Annual Charity Ball at First and Green March 2, 2024. Five stars does not do our experience justice. Throughout the planning process (which was 10 months), Mrs. Deborah and her staff were amazing. They helped guide us in what they have seen work or not work, while letting us make the final decisions. When we arrived to decorate, the facilities were neat and clean, so we could go straight to work. They answered my one million phone calls and questions with a smile.
