Liquorgate — Local services in Griffin

Very disappointed!! The young lady early when I came in was so nice. A hour passed by I realize i purchase the wrong brand for a specialty drink. Almost spent $200 in products. Came back as soon possible (1hour) with proof of receipt and time and there was a men sitting at the counter with a red shirt was not accommodating at all. Show him by receipt, he said it's against the law. I ask where is that written at in the law, he could not tell me or show me. Then he said" it like the pharmacy giving you medicine, that I couldn't take back if giving the wrong meds from pharmacy." I said that is not accurate. So I definitely do not recommend this place, just because customers service is not professional. Signed, Never...

Clean well organized, extremely well stocked but you can actually walk around without feeling your going to start knocking bottles off the shelves, was my first time in the store and immediately I found what I was looking for and a couple of other hard to locate items, and prices are unbelievable, I expected to pay way more for what I purchased, and I only purchase top level quality products, and I look forward to doing business again, excellent, friendly...

This is my, "Go To" spirits store. The staff are amazing. They didn't offer a certain Vodka I wanted so they took my number, ordered it and called me when it was in. In fact, I'm sipping it now. :) If you like adult libations, excellent prices and friendly customer service ... go to Liquorgate....
