We are local, so we shop here often. I avoid this location if I can and go to Pella. Always and I repeat ALWAYS watch your prices as they check you out! I rarely have anything ring up for the advertised price. Just tonight we bought several toys that should be 50% off for a Christmas sale. None of them rang up that price. Then it's a big ordeal for them to correct it. Someone has to verify it and then they have to manually override the price in the system for each item. Tonight the toys were the wrong price, the comfy blankets were the wrong price, posettias, and other things we got. Even after I got home and with the many corrections, I was overcharged by 10.50. That's a lot of money to be overcharged! If I hadn't paid attention, I would have been overcharged by 51.00! This is an ongoing problem. For veterans day, they couldn't even give my husband the veterans discount. The shoes didn't ring up for the advertised price and they couldn't override again for the veterans discount. I shouldn't have to fight this hard to not get overcharged or to have them actually charge the sales price they are advertising in the store on signs and in their ads. I don't know if this is a system issue and corporate needs to fix it or an employee issue and someone isn't doing their job with pricing. Either way, it needs...

Just bought a new gas grill off the floor on Friday night. My wife picked up the grill on Saturday afternoon. After getting the grill home I noticed one of the grill burner covers was missing and called back to the store and talk to one of the employees Gene. He and another young man checked to see if it was left behind and once they couldn't find it they got me another one so I'd have it. Had fantastic service from a kid in clothing, she was helping out everyone, that being 5 people. I normally don't leave reviews ever but the kid was super kind to everyone helping everyone find clothes for the rodeo. My daughter was super picky but she was able to get the perfect pare of pants for her just from hearing her complain about how the boot cut pants weren't looking quite right and with all that she still helped everyone out.
