Tracy is absolutely wonderful. I went to her to find replacement rings. She found a setting that was very similar and used my same center stone for me. Her customer service was great. She walked me through everything, showed me multiple options while keeping my price range in mind. She set an expectation of 3 weeks to create the rings. They were done in about 2 and a half weeks. I’m in love with my new set! Very high quality work at a very reasonable price. I wish I could get a better photo, because this one just doesn’t do it justice. 10/10 would definitely recommend!
