I've used these guys 2 years in a row and referred them to a few friends also. When I tell you, they are worth the money, I mean it! Their equipment is clean, and SO much for fun for the kids (and adults)!! I've dealt with the owner Jason both times and he is very professional, helpful and reliable and so is his team for set ups. What I really loved is they seem to give you more time also. Maybe we have just gotten lucky but we got pretty early deliveries on Friday so we could enjoy the equipment Friday and Saturday (party day) and a little on Sunday morning too. The 1st year we did the dual slides (SO MUCH FUN!), the large obstacle course and a small bounce for toddlers. This year we did the outer space water slide. All amazing! My sons party was at a huge pool theme house in Reunion with a real helicopter inside the house, a live Pikachu character, and a Kona Ice truck. Unprofessional and petty! They used us to get a estimate on a delivery truck brake repair. We explained in detail that we charge a minimum to come out and diagnose trucks and do estimates. The charges were agreed to before sending a tech to the location. We did what was asked of us and presented the estimate to them. They refused service stating that the price was to high. As a business person that's not a issue we only asked that we be paid for our minimum charges. This is where the BS started. The owner refused to pay his bill stating that he doesn't want to, he should get free service because he didn't accept the estimate. After several weeks of calling and sending invoices and with the threat of collections he finally paid what was owed. I don't usually leave reviews however I felt compelled as this company gave ours a bad one because we simply asked for the money owed. I would think twice before using a business that would try and steal...
