I'm tired of going into store number 1947 and getting attitudes from employees. My son use to work at this store and ever since his job was terminated I have been getting piss poor service and have attitudes towards me. Today was a prime example. When I went in looking for an item and asked an employee where to find it , her answer was blunt and short. It seemed she just didn't want to help me. In other words...rude. I don't know what actually was the reason for my son's termination, but don't take it out on me. There are several employees in that store that treats me in a very rude manner. I am a customer.... shouldn't I be treated with a smile and common courtesy? Aren't they there to help the customer? Maybe they should be given a class on job description. I spoke with a representative in tractor supply in Vansant, Virginia, named Daisy. I don’t know her last name, but she had long brown hair. It was just before Christmas eve, and I live in a very old trailer in the mountains and was scared of losing power from a storm that was approaching, and Daisy helped me get the right propane heater and accessories that I needed which ultimately prevented me and my dog from freezing to death over the Christmas weekend, with temperatures below zero because not only did my furnace die but we lost power as well. Called about propane at the Vansant location 1/24/25 at 5:20pm. They hung up on me. Husband called they said no and hung up on him. Our youngest child is only 7 months old. By the time the store opened this morning they miraculously had propane. They are one of the only places that offer propane here. I have lost count how many times this has happened since December. Two out of three times I call they lie or hang up or both. This is not your day shift crew doing this, but I am unable to make it down there before 5pm on weekdays.
