Bought a fridge and even made a $300 down payment. Was told they would remove old fridge. First off they were 2 hours late getting to house but I didn't care at the time as I wanted My fridge. They said they couldn't deliver it at the moment because there was a bookcase in the hallway they would bring it back later when my daughter moved the bookcase because I'm disabled when my daughter got home at 1 first thing she did was disassemble the fiberboard bookcase and I called the store back up right away and suddenly it was a different story. He said he was going to give me a refund on my money and not sell me the refrigerator after my daughter had gone through almost 2 hours to move that bookcase and his men had said that they would be back later with the fridge. HIS remark was my men don't run the show I do. Because that fiberboard bookcase was too heavy for her to move and couldn't be disassembled with screws it's going to have to be put back together with Gorilla Glue if it's not...
