The diving operator is ok. Biggest problem here is the price as you need a dive guide if you have never dived in Guam. Not sure why but nobody could explain it either. $300 for 2 people. Now the other bad things:
You do have to stop at the shop to get all your equipment as there is absolutelly nothing at the boat. The rental guys told me you have to pay for weights!!!! Have never heard about this before anywhere around the world... anyway we fixed it later

I am Advanced Open Water certified and I brought my cards and dive logbook with me to MDA. When I asked about why the FEE was so high, the reply was because I was unfamiliar with the waters in Guam and because I was from off island.
The staff did receive my regulator by mail and service it for $122. They did correspond with me via email and took a partial payment from me for a 1xtank night dive. I had the amount refunded.
The competitor I gave my business to, accommodated my schedule and provided me with 3xtank dive for less money. They also checked my BC and fixed a broke retractor...
