Constantly having an issue with customer services, the workers hate when you ask for help to ask where anything is and the cashiers are so rude. A cashier yelled at me for taking off a coupon and handing it to her instead of leaving it on the box for her to remove herself and if that is a true policy I had no idea because it was my second time going to the store. Half the time if you need to find something they tell you they don't sell it just so they don't gave to help you and then I finally find it on my own. Customer service is horrible! No one said hello or goodbye when they let us in and out. PLUS, we couldn’t find anyone to help us when we decided what to buy. Only 3 employees inside and two went to lunch at the same time! We watched them head out and come back together. I refuse to go to this "Home Store" again. My family and I went into the store looking to purchase a bed for my daughter. The staff was hardly any help.
