Fort Buchanan Main Exchange — Local services in Guaynabo

A DISGRACE to Puerto Rico and its citizens. These people, I do not know what they do with their time but do not trust doing ANY event at the Ft. Buchanan location. They are the most disorganized group of people I have EVER dealt with. Forget about having a good time, my trip was ruined thanks to mis- management and mis- communication and ZERO accountability.

Also forget about calling and getting anything back. I left 4 voice mails with 4 different people about an issue. And I was left HANGING at the parking lot after I showed up to the Fort expecting one of your employees (Erick Burgos) to come out and assist as HE instructed over the phone.

This has destroyed a lot more than just a family event and I will never stop sharing the word. Not an apology an explanation from Anybody. I am ashamed to be a US citizen. I want my tax...

Ft. Buchanan in general has lost its glamour. The PX is automated with little to no customer service available. They converted to automatic telers forgeting about elder vets. Seeing senior vets lost and unable to make an easy transaction is frustrating while main managers are walking aroud with disconcerning looks on their faces. Food court is strangely less than half operationalnon weekends or weekdays but i guess that is due to saving money on employees. That goes as well with the cashiers in the PX. Like i stated in the begining Ft. Buchanan has lost all its beautiful glamour with time. I hope to see it back on its feet once again...

I noticed that their is no cashier working in store. They just have SELF CHECKOUT. I truly believe that this is NOT fair because some military personal disabilities can interfere the ability in self check out. I was explaining that in there to the working staff; but they totally rejected my comment and constantly repeating to me that cashiers is not needed. Plus, their behavior was rude and unprofessional. Someone needs to stop this nonsense practice. I respectfully request to the one in charge of this Military Base to review such...
