Two ( 2 ) of my friends visited and bought from this store personally and it was our first time visiting , though I have lived in this town for over 16 years . We went in , it looked nice ! Although , what we were told was not nice . The store owner said that it was pathetic of us to buy from his store from how “ young we were “ and how “ pretty we looked “ , and we did bring drinks into there ( we made sure that they were closed , obviously , and in our pockets ) and talked about his political views on certain brands that were made in China ( though , they were CREATED IN THE USA ( it was a Pepsi brand drink ) , and then he stated how we were stupid to visit a dollar store ( where we bought our drinks from ) and get scammed . We bought two items from the store , they were really nice , though overpriced from what they were online . We were also scammed five ( 5 ) dollars due to how his percentages were wrong for each item , along with how we weren’t...

I love Griffins! It's been around as long as I've lived in Me., 45years! When my children were young and in sports,you could always run to Griffins for basketball socks,sneakers,or even a pair of dress pants. And the owner always had a smile on his face and was always there to help. If he didn't have it,he'd get it! I was 18 I think the first time I went in there. I live an hour and a half away. I called to ask about a specific sock that I am looking for, for my grandfather in-law. I asked about a brand and the owner says "yes, we carry it". When i asked about a specific model of the brand he told me "if you want to find out if we have it, come in and look. I'm not going to walk the store to look."
