5 stars are just not enough for our experience!! Rayna was AMAZING!! She was so kind, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. We learned so much about Tampa Bays wildlife and the importance that mangroves play in this environment. We seen many different types of birds, crabs, sand dollars, upside down jelly fish, and even a stingray. The stop at shell key was beautiful. The water was crystal clear. Rayna happily answered all of our questions and made us feel at ease. We had never kayaked before so we were a bit nervous but she was so patient and gave excellent instructions, we were “pros” in no time. I also loved that several employees were at the launch site when we arrived and helped us get our stuff in waterproof bags and zipped into our life vests. Absolutely a memory we will cherish forever. I want to be up front and say we couldn't make the kayaking trip.

We booked it the night before at 8pm and didn't realize it till later that night that I had got so much sun I could barely walk the next morning. My girlfriend called right before opening and asked if we would be able to cancel. The owner was very understanding and granted us a full refund.

We booked this because we saw they shining reviews they received for the tours they gave. What I can contribute as far as information is their customer service is super friendly and understanding of my current issue. I would recommend St Pete Kayaking to anyone interested in doing some kayaking as if the staff is as half as friendly as the person who took the call. Then you'll be in friendly caring hands.

Amazing experience! Kristi was great, friendly and very knowledgeable. She takes time to adapt to her clientele and really enjoys what she's doing.
