UPDATE I ended up having to have an open heart triple bypass surgery. Something that should have been addressed. I am so lucky to be alive right now. The surgeon said I was about to have a widow maker heart attack. I am glad I listened to everyone that said get a different doctor.

My last visit with Austin was the most humiliating experience. He did not listen. Told me my problems were because I was fat or basically in my head. Argued with me that I was taking medication still that I hadn't taken in 2 years since surgery. I have put off trying another doctor because of it. I'm glad I did finally go to another place. They did an EKG and found that I have had a previous heart attack and took immediate prevention measures and have made me an emergency appointment with a cardiologist did an x-ray on my spine and are genuinely getting to the root of the same issues Ruppaner dismissed and condescendingly told me wasn't possible without checking anything. We moved to the area in 2016. My children saw Lance at another clinic. When he moved to CCC, we as a family went also. The best decision we could have made. For me, listening and attention to detail are most important when it comes to our health. I am not the one to appreciate a doc coming in the door, listening to your chest, and then running out. Cedar Creek Clinic staff DOES NOT. They each take their time to listen to you. They take time to explain and make sure you understand before you leave. Now let me tell you about the front office. Nikki is ahhhhhmazing!! You call and she talks to you like you are family. She is not cold and clinical like you see a lot in offices these days. The smiles on their faces, even when you feel horrible, help to make your day better. Hands down 9.9/10. We discovered this clinic when my 2 year old injured his arm on a Saturday and the hunt for anyone open and available to see him turned them up. Naturally, by the time we got there 2 was acting fine and using his arm like normal but they got us in anyway. Excellent bedside manner, my 2 year old treated the whole encounter in the exam room like a game with a new friend and was in a great mood the whole time. I appreciated having the time taken to explain what had most likely happened and how it could have self-corrected so I wasnt worried about a more serious issue underlying it. I also appreciated my concern being taken seriously with no currently visible problem instead of having it dismissed as me being an over anxious parent.
