Snowflake Donuts — Restaurant in Gun Barrel City

Well it was my first time to go inside this establishment. Even tho I thought I knew what I may had wanted prior to won't over to this donut shop. The moment I walked inside my mind had become unsure of what I all exactly i wanted to order as I was not ordering just only for myself but for my whole family. The guy working there was pretty quick to ask what we wanted and I informed him that I was not exactly sure yet. So my husband and I were discussing what to get everyone (himself, me and our 4 children ages 22yr-8yrs of age who were still back at the hotel). Well I didn't decide fast enough for him so he very agitatedly said "I'll just help you whenever you're ready". So my husband and I were looking at ALL the options and choices of things that they had to choose from. Which they do have plenty of options to choose from. Which is really nice to have so many. But within the next minute the lady working there she was really ready for us to order right away. So I just settled on half and half dozen. (Which wasn't what I had wanted to order.) And as I went to get the money from my wallet. The lady worker had already opened her cash register and grabbed loose change out before I could even open my purse. They are not very friendly here what so ever, they do not have tables nor chairs for any of the patrons visiting to have a seat as usual shops would and do offer. Plus their jelly donuts are done so off. They dig a hole in the very top of it then it jelly in the little hole. It's not a true jelly filled donut at all. Very...

My husband went to pick up donuts... but the lady at the counter was rude, dismissive, and ignored the majority of his requests. There was a gentleman working that was very pleasant and helpful. Since they were out of some of the things my husband was asking for, the gentleman went into the kitchen and made strawberry sprinkle donuts for us, and my husband was grateful for it. The woman working the counter, however, ignored many of his requests and haphazardly threw in other donuts he did not request. The donuts we got are very good... but I will not go back to a place that ignores our requests, and is rude and/or dismissive. Disappointed in this place, since it was my favorite donut place when I lived here previously. We'll just go to literally any other donut shop around here;...

I went through the drive thru and the lady was very rude. One of the worst customer service Ive received. After trying to force a tray of 3 donuts I order into a bag that already had 3 donuts and smashing the donuts, she handed me the tray of donuts without them in a bag! I then asked her for a bag to put them in and she acted it was so inconvenient. I get home and the jalapeno pig in the blankets had green marker marks on them. My son even asked what was wrong with these donuts that he never had a donut that looked like that or was gooey feeling and was messy to eat! I will not be rerurning to this donut shop and recommend others to choose another one. There was nothing special about the donuts, they tasted the same if not worse than other donut shops.
