I have played Sunset Hills since 1967 when it was 9 green 18 tee box goat ranch, not really, but when the only grass was on the greens. Trying to keep the grass green on a yard in this part of the country is hard enough and a 18 hole golf course is almost impossible .The city owns this course and doesn't just sign a blank check when it comes to a yearly budget. With that said I must say the course is in great condition , best I've seen in years , Mike and his people have done wonders.
