Full Bloom Florist — Local services in Hackberry

I loved working with Full Bloom for my wedding flowers. I had called multiple florist in the area and was told that I would have to have a package for my wedding flowers, when all I needed was my bouquet, a boutonniere for my groom and flowers for the cake. That was it. I called Full Bloom and they assured me that they could do my flowers and would be more than happy to do them. I loved the way my bouquet came out. I had pink roses, white stock, and blue larkspur/delphinium, as well as eucalyptus and lambs ear (which was one of the big asks that I had so my bouquet would match my bridesmaids fake ones). They arrived right on time for the delivery, the vase that my bouquet came in was lovely and the way that everything was put together was wonderful. I really don't have any complaints in regards to the professionalism, promptness, and kindness that I was shown by this florist. Everyone on staff that I spoke to was always so nice and willing to answer my questions and bounce ideas off of. I will defiantly be using their services again! Also! It was an important milestone. It had to be visual and bright. I was just worried about the whole out of my town thing. I usually hand deliver my own flowers or plant, because at those prices I want to have my hand on what I pay for and address any visual issues I have before I leave. I did a quick location search on the old net from site to closest closest local florist. I am not a big fan of hand offs. The name was too cute and you know it is all about the name. I did not make human contact first off when I called, but I did receive immediate reply and then contact continued from there. The representative was professional and we must have connected right away because the arrangement my niece received was gorgeous. I received step by step notification as my love was processed and finally delivered to site. Yes, this review could have been a great job or two thumbs up but it is much more it is a YOU CAN NOT GO WRONG WITH THIS FlORIST.

I received 21 gorgeous Gerber daisies for a glorious 21st birthday and they were a show stopper for sure.

A couple of days ago my boyfriend ordered an arrangement to surprise me on my birthday. When the flowers arrived HE mentioned how he didnt like it because it was nothing compared to what he had ordered online and that he had paid almost $90 for it. Once he mentioned that to me I completely agreed, the flowers looked like a $10 bouquet from walmart put on a base. My bf was very sad and disappointed. So I messaged thw owner and Told them about it. They responded nicely and sent me a new one today, which was beautiful and something more like it, thought I think still not worth the price.. I might order from them in the future because the owner's response was very nice, not once was she rude.
