After my driveway was installed I told the owner , Nick, I wasn't satisfied due to the unevenness and quality of workmanship. So I stopped payment immediately. He said he would come back and take a look the following Monday and fix it. I believed him so I wrote another check that his wife came and picked up. Monday came and he didn't show ,telling me his workers had been in contact with someone with Covid and were waiting for the test results.The next time we spoke his workers all tested negative and he would come later in the week. Later that week he made an appt to come by at around 5PM . 5PM arrived and Nick didn't, so I called him to see where he was. His reason for not showing , was he had been in a car accident on his way to my house . He made another story saying my driveway will be fine once he seal coats it. free of charge. LOL .As of now ,when I blow the leaves from the driveway ,the asphalt is falling apart one stone at a time. When it rains water pools at the curb..Since then , I have had two contractors come and tell me I was ripped off. Therefore, I decided I don't want Nick to sealcoat my driveway or step foot on my property. I am in the process of hiring another contractor to redo the driveway as it would cost more to sue him than to redo it based on my attorney's advice.It has been 18 months since my original review and my driveway is still not cured. I have tire indentations from U turns all over the driveway. It’s gotten to the point that it will have to be redone next spring. My neighbor has his done the same day another contractor and it is still like new. These people are rip-off artists that know you won’t sue because it just doesn’t make sense. It’s a scam!,,Why would you want to lose more money ? UPDATE 18 months and my driveway is unraveling. It is now June 2023 my leaf blower is literally destroying the driveway after every blowout.I have another paver coming to redo Americas Paving amateur workmanship. We are now in January 2025 and my driveway needs to be redone after the fall leave clean up. I have owned several homes over the past 40 years and this is the worst contractor I have ever used. My last driveway lasted 25 years America Paving 2.5 years. Buyer beware of the sales pitch because they don’t have the skills to live up to...

Nick and his team did an outstanding job on our driveway project. We contacted several companies, but Nick was one of the few who followed through on his word. He came out twice before we even signed the contract to re-explain everything, take measurements, and work with us on the details.

He was punctual, responsive, and clearly knowledgeable in his craft. Nick is a man of his word and business.

Once our permit was approved by the town, he scheduled the work within just a few days. His crew completed the job in one day, working efficiently from 9 AM to 5 PM. They redid our existing driveway and added an extension — a big job that was done with care and precision.

I researched many other companies prior to choosing America’s Paving Contractors, LLC. Most of the other companies were unprofessional. They didn’t return calls and show up for scheduled appointments. Some would give low quotes, make promises and then ‘Ghost’ you. A total waste of my time.
