Starbucks — Restaurant in South Brunswick

It has been numerous times where my husband and I place an order where I get a cappuccino or a latte my husband gets a Redeye. So I get my drink first and for some reason staff has to be reminded on several occasions where is the other drink? So, the cashier prints a ticket for the second drink for the first time where after we asked where is the second drink. When we were placing the order we were charged for two drinks, yet we are still waiting for a simple coffee with a shot that was never made. We decided not mention Redeye moving forward, because we felt that the staff gets confused as to what is a Redeye, as a result drink doesn't gets made.. You would think a Starbucks would know their drinks right? No, they don't. They are becoming less popular coffee shops due to their short staff and incompetent staff. Where is the problem in the system that same problem keeps happening at this store? I've seen better attention to detail at Wawa, where they are not even a coffee shop...

This is the best Starbucks I have ever been to. I order coffee and sometimes breakfast almost every morning on my way to work. When I walk in the door in the morning, I am greeted by name, by every single staff member there. I very rarely spend any time in the store itself, but they still take time out to write notes on my bag or coffee cup wishing me a good day. This Starbucks is immaculately clean, and they are extremely quick and efficient. There never appears to be a line at drive-thru, or inside the store. There are other stores in similar locations, off of the same busy highway, and this is the only one, that seems to handle a morning Rush well. For over a year, I was going to a different location, on the same road. They would often make mistakes on the order, and I would usually need to wait for my order to be prepared.
