Terrible service! Did not complete the order to my mother-in-law and never left a door tag. I told the individual who I placed the order with to leave it at the door since she would be at work. They repeatedly called her while she was at work and she cannot pick up the phone there. The owner called me the next day aggressively advising me they spent all day trying to make a delivery and the recieptant must be away. I explained that it was my mother and she works and did not receive any notification about the flowers trying to be delivered. The owner became increasingly aggressive and said "young lady, why didn't she listen to her phone messages" . It was her birthday she works until 7pm it wasn't her priority to listen to phone messages on her birthday. Which we are not even sure we're left. The owner told me she would have the flowers delivered today and I asked for a discount and to just leave them at the door. She explained to me for the 3 time that's not their policy. I have never heard of a florist only delivering to a house when someone is home and not leaving a note or offering to leave with a neighbor. Basically they never tried to deliver the flowers and refused to give me a discount for a day late flowers. When she called me young lady the third time I was completed annoyed andasked her to speak to me professionally and to not speak to me like she was repromanding me. When I said that to the owner she hung up on me. She had never met me before so she had no idea my age. I find it ironic because they had no problem taking a "young lady's" american express platinium. This was my first order at calico and will definitely be my last. The are unprofessional, disrespectful and as far as I'm concerned an establishment that does not provide service...

This place is amazing. I went on Google looking for a place to get flowers for my wife. There were probably 5 different options that came up but looking through the pictures I decided to give Calico a try. I walked in said I needed a bouquet for my wife she likes purple and I want to spend about 50-60 dollars. I was informed they had some flowers coming in that should fit the bill and I left it at that. What I received was amazing and most important the wife loved them. The bouquet was huge with a beautiful arrangement of several various shades of purple with white and yellow accents. I've used them again since then and again had a superb experience. I have no need to look anywhere else for any floral needs this place is perfect even down to the quaint little shop that as soon as you walk in just smacks you in the face with that fresh cut flower smell.
