DG Market — Local services in Hagerstown

It's a great misnomer to call this a market. There's a VERY small amount of fresh food, the rest of it packaged and frozen or unrefrigerated. This is just a regular dollar general with all the regular items a dg would have including home decor, bath & beauty, toys, crafts, stationary, etc, which is a let down because this area needs grocery stores, not another regular DG which is very close by.

The food is overpriced unless it's generic and even then it's still a little high.

The people working there seemed nice and were helpful with my issues checking out. It was also clean for the most part. It's also not busy, at least when I was there. It also has self checkout, but only one was open.

I was really hoping another grocery store would go in this unit, as it used to be Food Lion and I had shopped there...

I live in the neighborhood close by and decided to walk there to get a late night snack. The manager? was standing by the door and said you're not allowed back here I thought she was joking.. they thought I was someone else that stole something..
