I purchased a refrigerator on Wednesday, March 4th and scheduled it to be delivered to my home the following day, Thursday March 5th between the hours of 11am-1pm. No one showed up during this window. I called, and called, and called and no one answered until 6 pm. During that phone call, the individual stated they were behind and that they could deliver that night. I told them that I had a sleeping infant at home and that would not be possible. They agreed to deliver the following day between the hours of 11-1. I made it very clear that I needed them to be one time due to my infant's nap schedule. Again, no one showed up. I tried to call and call and call again with no answer. I became concerned that this business was fraudulent. I filed a complaint with my bank regarding the charge, but continued to try to contact the company to remedy the situation directly. I didn't get ahold of anyone until Saturday, March 7th. The man that answered stated that the business was closed (despite their business hours listed online showing otherwise) and that he would contact me Monday. I advised that I needed to be contacted Monday with a remedy or I would escalate the situation with my bank. He agreed. Monday, I received no call. Today is now March 10th, and I called and called and called and finally got a hold of someone who stated that they would return my charge with a 20% restocking fee. I advised that I would not accept paying that fee and that I felt as if this was again, fraudulent and poor business practice. I cannot verify that the fridge ever left the "store" en route to my home. The man became extremely rude and aggressive over the phone. I have now since escalated the issue with my bank, I have filed a complaint with the FTC for poor business, and have contacted my lawyer as the man stated he was also getting a "lawyer". I DO NOT ADVISE PURCHASING FROM THIS BUSINESS. You risk losing not only the product entirely but as well as an additional 20% lost to "restocking fees" if they do not hold up their end of the deal of delivering your product. Read moreWe traveled to get a refrigerator that we were told was in excellent condition. When we saw the pictures, there was a piece laying in the freezer and we asked if it was broke and were told it wasn't. We also asked if the ice maker worked and were told it did. We went to pick it up...there were multiple guys just standing around doing nothing. They didn't have it hooked up for us to test it. We get it home to find the piece was broke in the freezer. One of the drawers in the fridge was missing a side rail and the ice maker did not work. I contacted them and was told to send pictures of the pieces we needed and they would either order them or see if they have any in their store and that someone would come out to fix the ice maker. The appointment was scheduled and of course no one showed up. So I called the owner, he said he would bring us a different fridge just like the one we bought but everything working on it. We continued to play phone tag and he kept changing what day he said he would come and eventually we decided we were done with the games. We even offered to bring them the fridge and get our money back and we wouldn't give them a bad review or anything but the owner insisted on making things right. He kept making promises but never came through with a single one. He always put the blame on us and never once apologized for any of this happening. This place is a joke! Their customer service sucks and now they are just ignoring us! I will never recommend this...

Please save yourself and DO NOT BUY FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT First impression is great if you want a good deal. But make sure to spend lots of time there talking with different employees. They make up numbers on the spot and have terrible communication. We found a fridge posted on Facebook marketplace for one price and were told a much higher price when we went in. We wanted to take it home that night but they have to “check the ice maker” but was told we could pick it up the next day. We drive 49 minutes down there and no one has any idea about what was going on with our fridge we purchased. Their excuse was the man who bought us the fridge was sick. Again no biggie they said it would be delivered the next day. Ok cool. We waited all day, no phone call no nothing. We tried to call multiple times and no one would answer or call back. It took us threatening to call the police for someone to call us back. We again are told our fridge would be delivered that following Wednesday (5 days later).
