Paulding Store — Local services in Haight Township

Went specifically for the great ice cream. Someone down the road told us there was a "funky" man selling ice cream at this place. Sounded cool to us. There was no funky man but certainly ice cream. I asked if i could taste the amaretto cherry flavor and was told no. My friend then asked if on the small size we could divide 2 flavors, and again the answer was no. I ended up getting something i was familiar with, as did my friend. We didn't feel very welcome but wanted the ice cream, which was excellent. Get the ice cream like everyone does no matter what time of the day it is! I've never had Ice cream for breakfast but I did this day! Started going there in 1963 when the Hoops family owned it and cabins for rent. My family were friends and trout fished there, went back years later and I still got great ice cream!!
