These people are LIARS. I had to come back and delete my 5 star review. DO NOT COME HERE!
First experience with an oil change went fine, no issues, so i left a great review.
Every visit since there has been a problem. I went to get an oil change and was told i didn’t need one but they’d do it, then said i needed over $200+ worth of work done on my brakes. I let them do the work (got there in the morning and had to leave my car overnight and be picked back up by their service car because of how long it took), then i noticed a clanking noise in my car after getting it back. I brought it back and after 3 hours of working on it they said they fixed it. Before i even fully back out of the parking spot i could still hear the clanking, so they worked on it for another hr+. Come to find out they used the old clips when they should have used new clips and whoever worked on the vehicle bent something, which also contributed to the noise. They then were gonna try to charge me for the clips until i complained about it.
Next visit, i come in for in oil change and they say i don’t need one but i do need this new A/C service and engine filters etc (that was over $1,000). So i get the service done and get my vehicle back and the whole inside is covered in an oily spray they have to use when doing the A/C, but it’s covering my seats, dash, shifter, and all of my windows to where i couldn’t see or even wipe it away since it was oil based. I had to have them take my car back 3 times to clean that up and you could tell they were annoyed at having to clean their own mess.
Then i bring my car back again at the end of September for an oil change because according to the sticker and and vehicle maintenance light and carfax, i needed one. They again told me i didn’t need one. Two weeks later (now), my husband goes to check the oil incase our family has to leave for Hurricane Milton and it was over a quart low even though i was just there 2 weeks prior and they said i didn’t need an oil change. I don’t drive a lot at all. Only to the grocery store and to pick my daughter up from school.
I called and complained and Frankie (one of the service managers just brushed me off and just said head in when i can and he’ll personally see to it that the oil is changed. I make it there the day before the hurricane and meet him and they have my car for 20-30 mins. He brings it back and says the OIL CHANGE was done and was indeed a quart low. I express how i want it recorded that they denied me when i came in to get it changed and now it’s low just two weeks later. I want it recorded since they record when we turn down a service to cover them when it comes to warranties). Frankie said he couldn’t notate it in the system because then he’d have to charge me for an oil change. I told me i don’t care what needs to happen but it needs to happen because I’m not being taken seriously. He brushes me off and tries to talk about the hurricane and when i ignore it and say you’re not taking me seriously and I’m not coming back, he says in a really playful/condescending tone “awwwww, don’t say thaaaat!”, as I’m getting in my car. I leave super upset and then realize since he didn’t put in the system that an oil change was done, it will look like i skipped maintenance on my vehicle. So i called back 3 times that day and get ignored. It took a week for someone to properly respond to me because everyone kept “forgetting” to call me back. Then i get home that day and my husband looks at it and says they didn’t change the oil like they said and just topped it off. Today i finally speak with a manager and she confirms that they in fact lied to me about changing the oil and only topped it off.
I’ve already written so much so I’ve left a lot of details out, but all in all, these people have blatantly LIED to my face about services done on my vehicle and still won’t even properly apologize and refer to is all as a miscommunication. Do not go here, they do not take ownership for anything and try to cover...
Read moreI bought a used truck from Miracle Toyota in December of 2024. I live about 17 hours away, so I did a video walk-around of the vehicle with the salesman. He assured me nothing was seen but usual wear and tear for a two year old truck. I was told that I would have to pay my states sales tax to the dealership at the time of sale in accordance with Florida law. I was reassured that I would only have to pay sales tax for my state, and not theirs. After agreeing on the price in writing via text, I was passed on from the sales department to the finance department. The following day, the finance manager called and said I was required to pay Florida tax, and asked how I wished to pay or if I wished to finance the tax amount. I told him I had in writing the agreed upon price. He asked to see what I had in writing. After seeing, he agreed to pay the Florida sales tax. I don't feel like I was done any favors here, because we had hashed that out the night before. I feel like finance tried to stick me with extra charges thinking I would just pay it. We had agreed the truck would be detailed and delivered to my uncle, who is a Florida resident. After the tax issue came up, the finance department refused to make delivery. They suddenly were adamant that they could not give it to him, and I had to appear personally to pick up the truck. I tried to use a power of attorney, but they said the dealership could not use one. However, they had me sign several POA's in the finance work. My feeling was that this was a tactic to dissuade me from the purchase. I was forced to fly to Florida (an added expense and time away from work). They refused any incentive at all due to my loss. On the morning of my 8 am flight, they called at 7 am as I sat at my local airport and said they had not been able to detail the truck. They were going to pick me up at the airport (rather than delivering the truck as agreed upon) and drive me back to the dealership to pick it up. They had six days at this point to detail the truck and they did not. I asked them to detail and have it at the airport by the agreed upon time. The salesman now told me that I was difficult. I had literally done everything asked of me without hesitation or fail. Regardless, they "detailed" the truck and sent it to the airport. The wheels were caked in month’s worth of dirt. I picked the truck up and began the journey home. When stopped for gas, I found the driver's side mirror had been damaged and was covered in Bondo and spray paint. The mirror has many features and is extremely expensive. I also found an approximately quarter-size paint chip in the grill that had been repaired poorly with touch up paint. I emailed the finance manager and customer service manager on several occasions, with timestamped photos of the damage from the day of the sale. They both refused to acknowledge the topic of the damage, though they both responded in the same email threads about other things. To date, no one from the dealership has answered my real time inquiries from the day of the sale about the damage. Now, on to the sales tax and registration. My state allows 60 days to register a new vehicle. I told the titling and finance departments of this issue, since it was now their obligation to pay my sales tax and register my truck. It took them over 90 days to register. I found out from the titling department that my truck was bought from its previous owner without a title. They knew this on the date of the sale and never once mentioned it to me. I felt the lady that assisted in the titling department was a beacon of light in this whole ordeal. Her communication was stellar, as was her attitude and work ethic. Overall, I felt this was the absolute worst dealer experience I have ever had. I'm still waiting for someone to speak with me about the damaged mirror. I would not recommend this dealership, ESPECIALLY if you are out of state. I felt they were not transparent, thorough, or informed about the sale and purchase...

Do not, I repeat, Do not Purchase your vehicle or get service done at this dealership.I strongly advise against purchasing a vehicle or seeking service from Miracle Toyota in Haines City. While Toyota as a brand produces excellent vehicles, this specific dealership has provided one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered. On April 8th, I brought my car in for a rear bumper replacement. I was told the repair would take 7–10 days. Today is May 20th—48 days later—and I still have not received my vehicle, nor have I been provided with consistent or any updates at that. I’ve made numerous attempts to contact the service department, left several messages, and received no response. On the rare occasion I did speak with someone, I was either misinformed and was assured the only remaining step was painting and that my car would be ready by Saturday. That day came and went with no call and no update, forcing me to visit the dealership in person the following Monday. During that visit, I asked to speak with the Customer Service Manager, Chris. While I was waiting, the Body Shop Manager, Martha, called my phone and let it ring once before hanging up—only to later claim she had to hang up immediately because “someone walked in.” I was then directed to her office instead of being allowed to speak with the customer service manager. In our conversation, she admitted to poor communication and claimed that someone at the front desk had given me incorrect information about my repair status. I expressed my frustration and asked what could be done to address the serious inconvenience and financial burden this has caused me—I've had to spend over $1,000 on rideshares and rental cars, all while still making monthly payments of $667 on a vehicle that’s been in their possession for over a month and a half. Her response: a verbal apology, with no offer of compensation or meaningful resolution. She then passes me on to Eric, who identified himself as the Operations Director. When I asked what protections exist for customers when a dealership repeatedly fails to meet its commitments, he dismissively told me it was my responsibility to cover those additional costs and that the dealership would not provide any accommodation. He spoke to me in such a condescending tone. I asked him is it a company’s policy to not contact their customers and update them and his response was “Come on, be foreal, What do you think?” in which he proceeded to speak to me after in an aggressive and condescending tone. This experience has been frustrating, disappointing, and entirely avoidable. There’s been a complete lack of communication, accountability, and empathy. I’m now on day 48 without my car, and after being told just last week it would be ready by yesterday, there’s still no call, no update, and no resolution. At this point, I can't help but question whether further damage has occurred and is being concealed, because there’s simply no justifiable reason for a bumper and side panel replacement to take nearly two months. If you're considering buying a car or seeking service, stay far away from Miracle Toyota in Haines city. I recommend looking elsewhere—Orlando, Tampa, or Lakeland may be worth the drive. Based on my experience, the only thing Miracle Toyota of Haines City has been efficient in is making this process...
