Horrible service. I only ordered two one scoop Sundays and waited over 10 minutes in the Drive-Thru. People were getting their food behind me and leaving. Right after I paid I stopped the gentleman walking that delivers food to the cars and told him I forgot to ask for a cup-carrier and he said okay I'll let them know. When my Sundays were finally brought out he did not have a cup-carrier. He went back to get the carrier in another car behind me got their food again instead of my Sunday's being brought out in a carrier. I called and spoke with the manager oh, she did apologize but tried to talk her way out of it. She told me there were 30 people in line and Fridays are very busy I just took a screenshot of rhe Google page of Culver's and it was not busy. I explained to the manager why they should give a carry case automatically if someone is buying one scoop sundaes. The cups are very short and if you put them in your cup holder the top pops off and custard goes all over the place which I had experienced in the past. The manager told me she cannot automatically give a carrying case because some people stay there to eat it. I go through the drive-thru because I'm not staying at Culvers. I am one person in the car and I'm getting two Sundays. Good customer service would make sure that the customers are taken care of. The manager also had an attitude with me and ask what what do you want me to do about it. At this point I just hung up. I go to this Culver's all the time and have spent a lot of money with them and I was treated like garbage. I work in customer service as well and I have upset customers but I have them feeling pretty good about our products and services by the time I'm done. Why should you have to ask well what do you want me to do about it? You're a manager. You should already know what you need to do. I wanted to throw the Sundays out because after that experience I really don't even trust what they might have even done with my Sundays. Will never go there ever again. I very seldom write reviews this really...
Read moreWalking into a Culver's you feel welcomed you are greeted you are seeing friendly faces who have joy in their eyes. This one visit was not that walking in you see the assistant manager Max at the register not looking to pleasant. He is apart of service but honestly he doesn't fit the description or reach the criteria in the least way. You see he set the tone of the restaurant, the order, the transaction and most importantly his employees. They are the ones who make it all happen, who are helping each other who are helping the customers. Each one who made eye contact with me smiled but I could feel the tension of his presence. Even after he took my order I went back and he gave me a look with his hands as if I was bothering him because I forgot to add bacon to a burger. We come here with family, friends, or coworkers to enjoy the meal and the people but this man doesn't provide the quality of Culver's culture, history or presence. I was asking different employees was he always with a unwelcoming nature and they said unfortunately yes. Unlike the supervisor above his rank who should be taking in account of his presence and behavior toward his employees and people who walk in the door. They hire people who have a bigger struggle in landing jobs people with disabilities, the elderly, young students, Hispanic and Black men and women to give them a job, to give them a chance to grow in the business, in society to meet and greet the people who walk in who are not down the road at a fast food joint but there in a place where they should feel comfortable, welcomed and accepted. 2019 is a year where change can either divide you or bring you together. Live life with happiness, joy, love and gratitude so you can see what blessings you will...
Read moreI have been coming here for over two weeks. I work literally minutes away. This has been my break destination till today never have received such terrible service in my life. Went through the drive-through like usual they usually make you wait. Pull to the side. No big deal I did so parked in the same spot. I always park when I go here, apparently they gave my food to someone else now knowledge they put a number on your rear mute mirror that’s how they distinguish who it belongs to. Apparently they gave my food to someone else waiting on a break at work. I was approached by a lady Haitian distinct that was extremely rude screaming at me should be parked. That was her main concern not worried one bit about. I was waiting there for 20 minutes and they gave my food to someone else instead she tells me where I should’ve been parked and why they gave my food to someone else because I wasn’t parked where I was supposed to be parked apparently Was visible from the exit where they bring you the food. I have parked there for two weeks straight. Never had one problem. I did it out of courtesy not to back up the drive-through line instead, I get approached by this lady screaming concerned about where I should’ve been parked argument with me the whole time I told her I don’t have time to argue with you. I just want my food , anyways terrible experience. I will not recommend a drive-through like this. They definitely need to...
