Dollar Tree — Local services in Haleyville

Wish they weren't $1.25 store now.. Always friendly workers, if you need help finding something they are there for you. With them going up $.25 you really need to compensate for the price increase, maybe by selling packs of 2. School supplies are way over priced. Even big store prices are over .60 cheaper than your regular price now for off brand products. Which the schools don't allow us to bring. Those folders I bought today are only .88 across the street. You raised prices but give smaller amounts that aren't even worth 1.25 now.

Still you can go to dollar general and Walmart cheaper now. Barley shop here anymore. Older black woman at Russellville AL store is very racist and will charge you more on purpose, she rings a good two to three items more than you buy. I have to count as I take them out of the cart and then make her count again after the transaction. Then she still tries to scam us. If it's a two piece pan set she will say you have to pay for both pieces even though it's manufacturing has taped them as a pack!! So tired of...

The big girl with red hair and glasses named Hayley has called our personal phone number using the stores number over 5 times. We only had 3 items and it took over an hour and a half at the check out line which was going all the way down a whole isle. Not only that but she has her boyfriend rubbing all up on her from behind the counter and he didn't work there. I called and asked for a manager because it was ridiculous and unprofessional and she hung up on me, then she called back yelling in the phone so I hung up and went to call corporate. While I was trying to call them she called our phone 5 times in a row we videoed her doing it so we have proof. Never in my life did I think dollar tree could be so bad to where I had to leave a review and call corporate. We will be filing a formal complaint against her and seeing what we can do about harassment. That's psycho behavior raging on people using the store phone because you were acting very unprofessional and being gross with your dude in front of everyone. I hope she gets...

One reason I give 4 stars is bc as soon as prices went up so did they so they are not really a “$1 (one dollar) Tree” anymore however that’s the company’s problem… I’m not trying to throw shade but the main reason I put 4 stars at this in particular location is because wether Holiday or just needing a few crafts or a bowl an plate this store has so much stuff which I love but you are always running into someone! It’s too small of a store to have so much I never get to look to even get what I want bc I’m always running into someone on accident it’s very aggravating especially when your in a hurry!!! Sorry no shade the employees are very nice and helpful but the owner needs to buy to place beside it that that they just moved out of!
