Kelsi is one of the most incredible people I’ve had the pleasure to meet and receive services from. She and her team have gone above and beyond their job description to support me and my wellbeing. Therapy is not a “one size fits all” thing, I had tried a handful and was left discouraged. I gave therapy one last chance when I needed it most, and Mountainview had just opened. After my first meeting with Kelsi, a weight was lifted and I was confident I was where I needed to be. I can’t say enough good things about Mountain View Counseling and Wellness Center, especially Kelsi. She is truly amazing. Kelsi brings a rare mix of compassion, patience, and honesty that’s hard to find. She doesn’t tell you what you want to hear, she tells you what you NEED to hear (even if it is difficult), and somehow does it in a way that feels supportive, never judgmental.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Kelsi was incredibly unprofessional. She lacked boundaries. Broke multiple HIPPA violations. She demands you do as she says and if you don’t she will call you disrespectful. When you tell her how you feel she will invalidate you if she disagrees. She will gaslight you and turn it all around on you. I have no idea how she is even qualified to be dojbf this work. My condolences to anyone else who had to...
