Do not go to this dermatologist. They charge over and above and do not tell you about all of the charges. I ended up going to a dermatologist in Sugar Land Texas and they charged me half of what tru-skin wanted for the same procedure. There were no hidden costs from the dermatologist in Sugarland. The dermatologist in Sugarland was very kind and very professional. They explained everything clearly. No extra charges for follow up exams, no extra lab fees. At tru-skin I felt like just a number and all they wanted was my money. It was rush rush hurry up and do the procedure and get out of the office service. Not very friendly and not very professional. After a few months of research, I decided to go elsewhere. It took me weeks to get my test results so I could go to a different dermatologist. I had to call the tru-skin cooperate office and finally got my test results. It is now January 2025 and I just received another bill from my procedure in January 2024. I was not aware of this separate charge. Poor business practices. Do...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe staff is extremely courteous, professional, and diligent with regard to COVID protocols. The lobby is lovely and very clean, and the location is very convenient. The main reason I chose this location has everything to do with their dermatologist Stephanie Bui. Her level of expertise and competence to all aspects of dermatology, are far superior to anyone in her field I have ever encountered. She has treated me for multiple issues for over a year now with unbelievable success, so of course I was going to follow her to a new location for continuation of care. I was surprised to find this location can accommodate even more needs than the average dermatology clinic, and easily works with my insurance, and most others. This was an all around win, and I am so thrilled to have the good fortune to be a bee patient with Tru Skin...

In the exam room, well...they scared to shipoopy out of me when the red head turned around with a needle in front of my face. I'm needlephobic! No warning about the procedure. The entire experience seemed very mechanical with little empathy for the patient. Moving forward, 9/19/24. It was better than the last. After the full body check several area were of concern At first I wanted all my issues removed. Then my needlephobia kicked. I wanted issues removed but halted it. Then they did a biopsy removal. I realized I could do it. They refused. Only the biopsy was done. My issues still hang on me...literally. You should read their mission statement and say really? After driving an hour plus to them I dont think...
