Absolutely top notch products, no question, but this review is more about the customer service from the MK Machining crew and Darlene specifically. I have a MK throw lever on a Primary arms optic that I like so much I wanted to put one on the PA 1-10x I recently purchased. MK doesn't have anything listed on their site specifically for it however. I reached out and Darlene replied promptly, which in of itself is a rare feat these days with most online retailers. She confirmed that they currently do not make anything for that model. After some internet sleuthing I was relatively convinced a throw lever for a PA 3-18x would fit (spoiler alert, it doesn't, the internal pattern is correct but the circumference is slightly too small for the 1-10x). I stated my intention with Darlene and that I was going to order it and take a chance, but let her know for sure whether or not it fit (the PA 1-10x is a relatively new optic).

Received the lever promptly as expected and later emailed Darlene that it didn't fit. I took a chance on it, and wasn't expecting to return it, but Darlene offered to take it back on return anyhow without my asking! Now, I mailed it back via USPS, about two and a half weeks pass with no refund or contact so I reached out to Darlene to confirm whether or not she received it. She promptly replied that she had not. I had already thrown the receipt away and was unable to track the return shipment, USPS obviously lost the item (no surprise), and it was MY mistake for throwing the receipt away too soon. Darlene said she would chat with her supervisor and MK REFUNDED ME THE TOTAL COST ANYWAY! Was not expecting a refund in any form, but when you're dealing with a 5 star top notch company, they will truly go out of their way for customer satisfaction. It's very refreshing.

Excellent products and customer service! My order was fulfilled very promptly. This was an international order. When the package entered my Country I started having issues with our postal service and they lost my package. My postal service was useless in resolving my issue and needed MK to formally submit a complaint for my postal provider to investigate any further. Even though this was not MK’s problem, they went above and beyond to help me out. Darlene at MK Machining was absolutely incredible through the whole process.

I ended up receiving my original order. The packaging was excellent, and my muzzle brake was exceptional. The threading on my muzzle was unique which is why I went with MK. It fits perfectly and looks amazing.

I needed sunshades for 2 scopes and the manufacturer could not provide sunshades for these scopes. I went to MK Machine & they quickly solved my problem. I can use these MK sunshades on 3 other scopes, 5 scope total, as they can be easily clamped on and accept some variations in objective lens diameter. I would need to buy 3 threaded sunshades and spend about 5X more $ provided threaded sunshades were available.

Shipments were prompt.
