A Nightmare Experience - 0 STARS

I hired AAA Roofing approximately a year ago to address a persistent leak originating from above my fireplace. Tony, the representative, proposed fixing the chimney crown and replacing the flashing, quoting $3000 for the job. However, what followed was an ordeal that left me out of pocket and with a worsened problem.

Initially, Tony assured me of quality workmanship, promising to properly rebuild the crown by removing the current one and creating a new, sturdy structure. Unfortunately, what ensued was a rush job using subpar materials. Within weeks, the cheap cement Tony used began to deteriorate, causing it to run down the chimney and exacerbating the leak.

Despite several return visits from Tony's team to redo the flashing and inspect the issue, the problem persisted. Tony then suggested replacing the roof, insisting on an additional $9000 for a replacement. Trusting his expertise, I agreed, only to find the situation deteriorate further.

Despite my attempts to reach out, Tony has since become unreachable, leaving me with over $15,000 in expenses, still a terrible leak, two large holes in my ceiling and wall and a legal battle on my hands.

In summary, my experience with AAA Roofing has been nothing short of a nightmare. While Tony presents himself as honest and knowledgeable, the reality is far from it. Their work lacks skill and attention to detail, and they seem quick to pass on responsibility to subcontractors without being held accountable for the shoddy workmanship. They are not standing behind their 25 year guarantee.

Anthony came through, asked for a down payment ($2100). Gave me an overall price of work costing $3800. Upon paying the down payment(foolishly) he made a power play for work that would cost $23,000. I promptly cancelled and moved on. Never ever make a down payment on "promised" work. Lesson learned. Would not recommend, and slow to trust...
