FireMan Freddie's BBQ — Local services in Hamilton Township

We had Fireman Freddies cater our backyard wedding on 10/29 out of his truck. Even though there was a tropical storm, he made the best of the situation, all of our guests loved the food and are still bragging about it today! Our neighbors even commented on how cool the truck was and said it smelled so good. He even gave us tons of trays of leftover food which if you know wedding caterers, never happens. We were more than thrilled with the service, the food and even the card he left for us in our card box. Everything they serve is AMAZING. Cupcakes, brisket, wings, pulled pork, all the bbq sauces! We cannot say enough good things about Fireman Freddie’s. He catered our wedding and was so attentive, engaged, and willing to work with us and our venue & planner to make sure everything went perfectly! Always the most delicious brisket. We like to try other businesses and nothing compares or even comes close to Fireman Freddie's. It's proof that simple is not always easy and what Fred does is some bbq magic. I don't have any pictures of the food because we always start eating right away and forget to take pictures. My go-to is the brisket sandwich with extra pickles (DON'T SLEEP ON THOSE HOMEMADE PICKLES!) and my husband also likes the Spicy Pickled Porker.
