I'am living at "The Crossings" at Hamilton Station and very happy that I chose this community especially for my commute to work as train station is 3 min walk from my apt and I absolutely love living here! Maintenance is quick and thorough. All staff in the main office is wonderful.The front office staff always seemed accomodating and willing to help, especially Sangeeta and very pleased at the attention that she has been given me for choosing the right plan and budget to fit for my pocket and also has made my transition a pleasant experience. Neighbors are quiet. Though little expensive but facilities,maintainence,location and luxury will defintely compromise on that. Read moreI would have loved to give them 5-Stars. No issues living there. Convenient, Quiet and Prompt service. However, what I didn't like is the charge one has to pay while moving out. When you pay premium rent, you don't expect to be charged when you move out.
For future residents, some unsolicited advice: No matter how much you clean the place when moving out, you will still be charged $150. No matter how insignificant are the scratches in the closet due to wear and tear, you pay upwards of $400. You will also pay $150 for carpet cleaning!!
When you move-in, make sure you become a building inspector and note down every flaw you find in the apartment. Else, you will end up paying them.

Her remark was, "well the agent has been out for over an hour now, maybe she'll be back soon." By 3:40pm, we were so fed up waiting for the leasing agent that we left. The woman at the front desk asked us if we were sure we didn't want to wait any longer for the agent. Disrespectful of our time....
