Thanks for helping me save money! Due to the rude and dismissive attitude of the woman behind the counter I just found out the pet items I purchase here can be purchased for less online. Never had looked because I supported my local business. I strongly believe in supporting local stores, even it costs more, but I will not be disrespected, talked over or dismissed. I have now had this experience with this gem of an employee three times ( I always try to relate that anyone can have a bad day in retail and to give folks another chance). If I can find one more item elsewhere, I will never have to go into this store again! Of note, I have given my business to this store for over 10 years. Found everything we needed no thanks to the lady there. Was incredibly rude and offered absolutely zero assistance when we were trying to find things as we had never been in before. The cashier we had once she came from the back stock area was very nice as was the guy who loaded the things in my truck... but the lady up front was... something else. All for supporting local places over "box stores" even if it means a few extra bucks... but not with that attitude, treatment, and flat out refusal to help...

The staff is really accommodating with useful suggestions. They have a little bit of everything you need which is kind of great and they have outstanding pricing.
