I recently moved to this area. I’m trying out new stores so I can find the one that might have everything I need. This store was having an event, petapalooza. When I went into the store, it was packed with only 3 registers open. I asked one of the cashiers to point me in the direction of pet toys and food. She was very nice. I shopped for a while, picked out some dog items but didn’t find the food I use. When I got back to the register, the lines were super long and again 3 cashiers. The lady I had asked for help when I first came in called on her radio 3+ times for help. Finally a gal with bright blue hair came to the register, coffee in hand. She seemed very put out by the fact that she had been called to work. When I asked about the food I use, she talked down to me. The sales girl I spoke with is totally ignorant about dog nutrition and told me not to feed Science Diet or Royal Canin because vets recommend them and corn is bad for dogs. I trust the advice of veterinary professionals not sales girls at the feed store. I gave a very low review when it first happened. I have increased my ratings after speaking with the Corporate office. They contacted the Stevensville store and a discussion was had with the sales gal I dealt with. I feel better knowing she was educated more on pet nutrition but I am still concerned about how many other people could have received bad advice on dog food if the sales staff is not receiving informative training...

Whom ever is answering there phones needs to learn customer service!! Absolutely rude!! to click someone on hold before anything! Sure I understand might be busy with another customer I do I’ve been in customer service for yeeeears in every aspect from the store and ast management, to bottom of Tottom pole, dosent matter you do treat ur customers like that! I was a 100 loyal customer only went there for most things, not anymore I know I’m 1 person and won’t make a difference loosening 1 person. But oh...
