BUYER BEWARE!! We were communicating back and forth with this company in regards to some engineered pine flooring, we have never bought from them before so we did have questions. They had quoted and we had committed with our client with pricing with this company. Even after quoting and changing the price on us once we still continued wanting to work with them. However today I had two final questions before paying the invoice and that was average board length and lead time. I called and the owner of the company was very rude and said forget it I don't want to do business with you, I said wow what I literally am just trying to get the two questions answered and then pay the deposit invoice for you. He hung up on me. I would never recommend this company, I could only imagine once they got our money how they would have been! Now we are back to square one trying to locate a product...

Our home was flooded due to Hurricane Harvey and they were so helpful and willing to go the extra mile to help us during this difficult time for our family. The floor turned out beautiful!
