I came here to be retested for dyslexia for testing accommodations. I found the staff here to be very insulting and careless. I was subjected to twenty different tests in one day (i was there for seven hours); during one test that required me to solve division problems mentally, I was asked if I "even knew how to divide." In my diagnosis I was falsely diagnosed as being autistic because I had asked during one of the tests what I should mark if something is neither "always true" or "never true," and I was also falsely diagnosed as being ADHD because I "frequently changed my answers"... perhaps this was because I was trying my hardest to answer these narrow questions to the best of my ability. They also included in my diagnostic evidence some very personally things that I only told them in confidence to help with diagnosing my dyslexia (despite it not even having anything to do with my dyslexia), which I have had to black out for the paperwork to even be of use and not damaging.
