Wish i could give half a star or zero stars. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. Bought a 5 appliance package for $1500. Fridge, dishwasher, stove, washer and dryer. Dishwasher constantly drained and never held water. Called and he brought out a replacement. Left the other dishwasher for me to dispose of. That’s fine wasnt mad. Next issue, the Fridge icemaker wasn’t working. Called and was told i can’t expect everything to work as described based on what i paid. Can’t expect it to work like new. Told him i dont expect it to work like new but i expect it to work. Especially since u offered a 6 month warranty. He then told me he would be out to fix it, but on his own time and he didn’t want anyone standing around him when he fixes it. Needless to say he never came out. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE!!! Also the dryer is as missing a foot when installed and he told me, i quote “you have rental properties and you can’t balance a dryer” to which i responded “you sell and install dryers and u can’t balance a dryer”. Anyways he blocked my number and avoided messages after that. HES ABSOLUTELY THE WORST. Oh and if he disputes this i have the receipts....

If I could give zero stars I would. One of the most unprofessional people I’ve ever dealt with. Bought a fridge from them. Was told the delivery fee was Includee with the purchase. (Owner later told me in text that I’m lucky he just didn’t leave it in my yard) The guys who came out to set it up dented my doorway,bent one of the prongs that the door goes on, complete smashed and messed up the wiring to the doors so none of the inside lights came on. When I addressed this with the guys who installed it they said “functionally it works”. To which it did not. It wouldn’t keep a seal. Then after calling to have them come out and fix it and bring back the screwdriver they stole from me, the owner says that “you paid $400 for a $3000 fridge. You get what you paid for”. They threatened to call the police and report the fridge stolen after they gave me my money back when I drove to the store. The delivery guy was there, smoking a joint and argued with me about them coming to get the fridge. Got in my face telling me to get out of his store.

Unprofessional, very disrespectful, you have children trying to run a business that they don't know how to grow up boy......

I stated in my first post that your manners are poorlearn some, your appliances are nasty try disinfecting them , if there was properly clean. I don't care how long they sit they would not have mold and mildew or grease Grime and filth on them. Clean your used appliances before resell. The price was yours not mine, I just paid! Your pictures are deceiving. If I knew they looked like that in person, I would never had my guy purchased please believe that. I Was just trying to help out a small local business. With that being said, you got that lousy 400 dollars live off it........

Words to the wise go look at your anything from this store in person examine it before purchasing from this company he's almost like Picking up trash.....

I just wanted clean decent appliances for my tenants that's all but no worries the purchase has been done and I'm just going to have it cleaned properly...
