I travel the us for work and I stop at multiple dispensaries all over the world. This dispensary doesnt offer a first time customer discount. They dont give you anything free for coming for the first time. In actuality if I was offered a discount I wouldve spent more.Ive been to about 25 dispensaries only 2 including this one didnt offer anything.Also Brittany did not say thank you for her tip. To me, this is rude. She seen me put the tip in her 'karma jar' looked me in the eyes and never said thanks. I almost wanted to take it back out of the jar. They didnt have the best pre roll options and the only way to order is on an ipad. They only have one ipad so as I was trying to view it another employee came over saying she needed it and I then felt rushed to hurry and buy. Also as I was leaving I opened my bag to make sure everything was in there. Brittany goes to say from across the room 'hey you cant open that in here' I literally just opened my bag to make sure all my items were in there because you dont watch them bag your items. So I said back to her, ' you can tell me not to open a bag but cant say thanks for your tip' I am a black woman and the energy in here was odd. I also went to tell her to make me close my bag because honestly she act like I was going to smoke and also there are no signs saying u cant open the bag and check your items. I have never been to a dispensary this rude before. There are so many better dispensaries I shouldve...

Poor customer service, poor set up all together, little information about products. Update: after talking with a representative via email she did make an honest effort to correct the previous experience and delt with a different sales guy who was better. But still need to address the customer intake problem with the way they serve medical card people above recreational customers first no matter your wait in the waiting room had 10 plus individuals go ahead of others waiting 30 plus mins and watched multiple customers turn and walk out cause of so many people in the waiting area. I get wanting to give the customers appreciation to make them warm and fuzzy so give them a discount or free joints but it should be first come first served. Points system that's down most of the time. They only SOMETIMES accept card, and it seems that more often than not you'll be forced to use their ATM with a lovely upcharge. They also have some seriously questionable hires. One male budtender is extremely rude, only to find out from a friend that he actually has a history of harassing women. Good to know! Then you have the ones who seem too stoned to know what's even going on half the time. I get you work at a dispensary but even a small amount of self discipline or professionalism would go a long way.
