Short version here because I'm sure this will have to get handled elsewhere! I purchased a mattress in August of 2025, even thought I stated I wasn't interested in a bed in a box the salesperson shows me a bed in a box that felt good ( I didn't know it was a bed in a box) so I purchased it, I had to load it, got it home, unboxed and let it regain shape/size for a full 48 hours, put the mattress cover/protector on it, put it on the foundation, sheets etc.. then tried to lay on this mattress made by Ashley, it was horrible, to the point I checked the box and mattress tag with my invoice mid morning because I couldn't sleep, it was no were close to the display model 50X different, so I contacted Wrights and Ashley ( manufacturer) about this issue, at that time Wrights send me a copy of their sleep trial because it was discussed at the time of purchase but not shown to me. The salesperson stated they had to talk to their manager, who was in a meeting with a furniture representative for 8 hours that day because they couldn't talk to him, but they would talk to the service manager on Saturday, which the service manager didn't work on Saturday, so they told me they would talk to them the next week, then late the next week I called and this salesperson tells me Wright Furniture will not do anything about this mattress, I asked why not since Ashley furniture has told me this should be a manufacturer defect warranty and I have the transcripts of that communication, so they then send me to their service manager, thats been 2 weeks ago, they have not reached out with any communication, they have not seen this mattress since it was in the box. Update: Its now been 1 month and 11 days, still no communication so I reach out to Wright's. They told me a lot, but finally say their Ashley rep is denying the claim due to the foundation ( keep in mind they have not clue what foundation was used for 1 night because they didn't come look, feel or take pictures) the pictures of it wasn't even on the bed ( which I was told was ok) . Now Ashley furniture says each store does their own warranties and Ashley furniture doesn't get involved ( confirmed by 4 different Ashley furniture corporate employees) also can someone please tell me IF the foundation was the case, which it wasn't, how it would make a new mattress ( not a night of sleep)feel like the coils are stabbing you in the back no matter where or how you tried to lay or sit on a mattress? I've bought many mattresses and never had this issue before this mattress, never had such a run around until I stopped in at Wright Furniture either, I still haven't received all the paperwork that I should have received from this purchase! People you do what you want, its your money but be warned it can happen to you also! It did me, a disabled person just trying to survive but Wright Furniture believes their way of doing business is the Right way..... just be careful, yes I documented everything! You...
Read moreWe recently purchased two recliners and a couch at Wright’s. Vanessa listened to us closely for what we were looking for, and took the time to show us a variety of choices that checked the boxes off our wishlist. Her follow-up has also been impressive. The delivery staff were equally impressive. Wright’s has a large variety of quality options. If you are looking for a refresh or upgrade, they are a great first stop. If you are like us you will not need to...
