They are definitely good old folks. They know about everything there is to know about RC car & trucks. With that being said this was my first time buying a RC truck. I went there because I wanted to make sure I got the right 1 for me and just learn a bit about. He gave me a lot of good info for sure but let me walk out with a not so great RC car/truck. First, I need to say they did not push me into buying my rc truck in any way but they definitely could of told me that wasn't the 1 for me. I ended up buying a Smyter 1:12 scale truck with no warranty. First day with it I had a blast but after the Steering with it in both batteries ended up being bad. Come to find out they dont make many parts for 12 scale anymore. From what I read its just the least sought after size. I’m actually still waiting on parts for it. One other thing was, that same truck but the newer version, bigger tires, stuff like that was 60 dollars cheaper and came with a 2 year Warranty.
