Talbots — Local services in Harding Township

I do not regularly shop at Talbots but I needed a pair of black slacks for the next day. I had already tried three other stores with no luck. I happen to be passing talbots and decided to stop in. I was happy to find a pair of slacks I liked on a sale rack. In addition, they were an extra 25% off. Unfortunately they were navy blue. I approached the checkout counter and spoke with Joyce. She was kind enough to go into the back to look for two sizes in black for me. She was able to find both. They were already a really great price, but in addition, Joyce signed me up for the rewards program for an additional discount and I also got an additional discount for it being my birthday month. I have been shopping at Talbot's in Morristown, on Mt Kimble Ave, for many years. Maria continues to provide awesome customer service to me. She always goes above and beyond. She has a good eye for what colors and styles will work for me. I always get compliments on the clothes and items she helps me pick out. Went to the Morristown Talbot’s earlier today. I had an issue with the fastener on a pair of jeans. It was not something that I could have done myself so I wanted to see if the jeans were still carried. They were not but, the manager Jennifer looked up the item and issued me a credit for the full amount I paid. Chris then helped me find a new pair and was spot on with the size and style.
